Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

We believe that a commitment to the principles of corporate social responsibility (CSR) not only makes good business sense but also complements our core business strategy and corporate values.

To help define our policy we have divided it into four key areas:

Compliance
Given the meaning of CSR, corporate activities that focus only on compliance are incomplete. In order to maintain being a trustworthy logistics service provider to our worldwide customers, O.T.S. Astracon believes that establishment and maintenance of a compliance system is one of our highest priorities. In order to maintain trust and ensure our employees act to the best of their abilities, our management team and employees act in accordance within all local and international laws, and understand the significance and importance of compliance in our daily activities.

Environment
As a leading international freight forwarder, we believe we have a vital role to play by managing environmental risks. We know that our work has an impact on the environment and that we have a duty to manage that impact in a responsible and ethical manner.

Workplace
We understand that our most important assets are our employees, and their knowledge and experience. We strive to ensure all colleagues enjoy their work and have opportunities to consistently amaze our customers through their friendly expertise.

Community
O.T.S. Astracon helps our community though the creation of local jobs and through the investment of our money and time in the community. We also encourage and empower our employees to get involved with their local communities and use their skills and where possible the Company’s resources to help create a mutual benefit.
