Additional Duties on EU Airbus Subsidies

In response to subsidies granted to Airbus which have been found by the World Trade Organization (WTO) to have caused adverse effects to the United States, the Office of the United States Trade Representative announced that they have begun their process under Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974 to identify products of the EU to which additional duties may be applied until the EU removes those subsidies.

A preliminary list of EU products to be covered by additional duties has been released per the link below, the effective date for which is currently unknown. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
